BOOKS

Key series author, Joy Cowley, has created timeless stories that students love to read. The non-fiction texts in Sunshine Classics cover a wide range of interesting topics with the information easily accessible.
E-BOOKS
All of the Sunshine Classics titles are available as e-books on the Sunshine Classics website or app. The digital versions can be used on a large screen such as an interactive whiteboard or TV for SHARED READING. On iPads, the program can be used for GUIDED READING and students can access the program at home or in class using computers and iPads for INDEPENDENT READING.
TEACHING NOTES
Free Guided Reading Lesson Plans are available to download from the Sunshine Classics website. These notes are clearly written and provide explicit teaching with a focus on the skill areas of comprehension, vocabulary, fluency and writing.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Demonstration literacy lessons using Sunshine Classics are provided through FREE videos. These videos show Australian teachers working with their students and modelling different teaching approaches such as:
